Masterbuilt 1050
The 1050 is the largest of the Masterbuilt Gravity Fed charcoal barbecue family. You can feed alot of friends and family - the 2 x upper racks give you extra cooking area away from the heat, which is really useful for keeping food warm, or cooking at a lower temperature.
Gravity Fed is very simple - charcoal sits in the side hopper, is lit at the bottom with a firelighter, and the hot air is blown into the cooking area by a fan underneath. Ash falls down into the ash pan at the bottom of the side hopper. Charcoal just falls on to the fire as required, by gravity!
Temperature control is as simple as using your indoor oven - just choose the temperature you want and the grill goes to that super quickly. You can set the temperature on the controller manually, or remotely by using the Masterbuilt App.
