Description

Product Code: BB218

The most delicious stonebaked pizzas from your own Bastard Kamado BBQ.

The Bastard's pizza stones are made of special cordierite ceramics and baked at a very high temperature. They are therefore suitable for baking pizza at high temperatures.

This pizza stone has a diameter of 10" / 26cm and a thickness of 1cm - much thicker than your average baking stone.

The pizza stone should be used in combination with the ceramic Plate Setter to prevent burning of the pizza dough. Also the advice is to let the stone gradually warm up with the barbecue.

This accessory is suitable for The Bastard Compact kamado, but you can use it on any barbecue, or in your indoor oven.
