This unique sticky ribs rub goes perfect with your spareribs. The ingredients paprika, onion and chilli give this rub its smoky aroma. The rub comes in a nicely packed plastic can with 2 sprinkle options to divide your mix to your liking.

Sprinkle the herb and spice mix generously over a rack of ribs and give it a good rub. Use immediately or let the meat marinate overnight for a more intense flavour. Grill the ribs in the oven or indirectly on a low temperature barbecue with a closed lid (100°C-300°C) for about 3 hours. Take the rack off the grill and baste the ribs while they’re still hot with a NOT JUST BBQ marinade for a delicious glaze.

Ingredients: Salt, paprika, sugar, onion, dried glucose syrup, pepper, aroma, tomato, caramel (glucose syrup, sugar), maltodextrin, rosemary, turmeric, ginger, fennel seeds, chilli, thyme, cardemom, lavas.

Click and Collect is from our Hitchin, Hertfordshire Shop and Warehouse, Monday-Friday 9.30am-4.00pm - just choose the 'Local Pickup' delivery option at the checkout. This option will only be available if all the items in your Basket are available for 'Local Pickup'.

Delivery is via Courier, and the delivery date is shown under the 'Add to Basket' button above.
