Masterbuilt have designed and built their Masterbuilt AutoIgnite Series 545 Digital Charcoal BBQ to successfully combine that distinctive, mouth watering taste of cooking over charcoal flames with all the push button convenience of cooking on a gas bbq.

The Masterbuilt AutoIgnite Series - 545 Digital Charcoal BBQ features a QuickStart Auto-Ignition to take away all the hassle manually igniting charcoal. Simply light a firestarter with the push of the Auto-Ignition button to get all the convenience of gas grilling with all the flavour experience of charcoal cooking then set the required temperature on the digital control panel or the Masterbuilt app and then let the fan and the ignitor do the rest.

Masterbuilt WiFi Technology fully integrated into the Masterbuilt AutoIgnite Series - 545 Digital Charcoal BBQ it will readily connect to a Smart device via the Masterbult app to give the ability to to set and monitor cooking temperatures frm 110c to 350c, check the meat probes, plus discover recipes for new culinary adventures so it can be controlled from anywhere for a fully connected cooking experience.

Lumpwood charcoal or briquettes will be fed into the Masterbuilt AutoIgnite Series - 545 Digital Charcoal BBQ from it's Internal charcoal MiniHopper which will hold upto 2.25 kg of lump charcoal or 3 kg of briquettes which can be enough for up to 8 hours of use depending on the settings chosen on the Digital Control Panel or vi the Masterbut app. What's more the hopper is topped by the QuickSear Cast Iron Sear Plate, a removable QuickSear hopper cast iron griddle plate, to give the capability to conveniently sear or sauté favourite foods widening the cooking options available.
