Nothing beats the real thing, and supporting authentic jerk spots is always encouraged. However, for those looking to cook incredible jerk-style food at home, this is Tubby’s take on a legendary flavour.

Packed with juicy pineapple and searing Scotch Bonnet heat, this glaze is serious about flavour. It is designed to taste its best when kissed by fire.

How to Use:

  • Marinate: Apply generously to chicken legs and leave to marinate overnight for the best results.
  • Grill: Grill over coal to achieve that authentic, flame-kissed finish.
  • Roast: If a BBQ isn't available, simply roast in the oven. Keep a close eye on the meat to ensure the glaze doesn't catch too much—though a little bit of char is highly recommended!

Click and Collect is from our Hitchin, Hertfordshire Shop and Warehouse, Monday-Friday 9.30am-4.00pm - just choose the 'Local Pickup' delivery option at the checkout. This option will only be available if all the items in your Basket are available for 'Local Pickup'.
