Bradley Smoker 5 Flavor Variety Pack Wood Bisquettes ® are made from pure wood. So you can smoke food with pure delicious taste. If you are looking for Bradley wood pucks, wood discs, wood biscuits as Bradley fans also call our bisquettes, you came to the right place.

Bradley Smokers extinguish the bisquettes® before they turn to foul-tasting and harmful gas chemical. Generating deliciously clean and taste enhancing smoke for your food.

This variety pack contains 24 each of apple, alder, mesquite, hickory and maple for a variety of flavors. Alder and Maple: these two flavors are commonly used for smoking seafood, hams and bacon. Apple: light, sweet, delicate and fruity flavored smoke, which is perfect for pork and poultry and also great with beef, lamb and assorted. Hickory: a distinctive taste mostly used when smoking beef and pork. Mesquite: strong smoke, but sweeter than hickory; great with beef, pork, game, water fowl and nuts.
