Description

Product Code: 731004

Slow down the pace and let the essence of barbecue fill the air. As friends start to trickle in, watch the anticipation of the crowd grow, as pulled pork and ribs smoke to perfection under the lid of the Smokey Mountain Cooker smoker.

Superior Heat Retention - the porcelain-enamlled lid, bowl and centre section retain heat for consistent smoking. The finish also prevents rusting, cracking and peeling while withstanding high temperature bbqing.

Precise Heat Control - control the temperature of your smoker by easily adjusting the dampers. Closing the dampers fully will cut the oxygen flow and help to extinguish the coals at the end of your cook.

Extra Smoking Capacity - the two x 57cm cooking grates provide ample room for smoking multiple large items, such as a turkey and two layers of ribs at the same time.

Lid Thermometer - the built-in lid thermometer displays the internal temperature of the smoker, so that you know when to adjust the air vents.

Water Pan - the water pan helps to regulate the temperature inside of the smoker and adds moisture to the heat, helping to prevent foods from drying out.

Warranty - Bowl, lid, and centre ring 10 years, no rust through/burn through. Plastic components 5 years, excluding fading or discolouration. All remaining parts 2 years

Smoke more succulent meat at once while adding delicious flavour to almost any food with Weber’s largest smoke cooker – the 57-cm Smokey Mountain Cooker Smoker. Built with two 57-cm plated steel cooking grates that stack within its unique bullet-shaped chamber, this model is perfect for outdoor chefs who are serious about smoking enough meaty ribs, succulent salmon, mouth-watering pulled pork, and even smoky, flavourful cheeses to feed the entire neighbourhood – and then some.

Smoking Made Simple

With its sleek porcelain-enamelled bowl, lid, tall centre section, and integrated water pan, the Smokey Mountain Cooker Smoker has been specifically designed for adding luscious smoke flavour to just about any food. Its height keeps food an appropriate distance from your fuel source, while its water pan catches drippings, creates steam, and stabilises temperature – adding moisture and maintaining a low-and-slow temperature for hours at a time. Four rust-resistant aluminium dampers help control airflow within the cooking chamber, a built-in lid thermometer helps you monitor temperature, and a glass-reinforced nylon lid handle protects your hand from the heat. This model even features a silicone temperature grommet, which allows you to insert a meat probe to check your meat’s temperature without lifting the lid, keeping your heat super steady. Plus, you can add fuel to the charcoal chamber at any time through the rust-resistant aluminium fuel door.

Stacks of Smoked Goodness

Inside the Smokey Mountain Cooker Smoker, you’ll notice two 57-cm plated steel cooking grates, which create a large, tiered cooking area that’s big enough to smoke-cook multiple racks of ribs and roasts at the same time. In the bottom of the cooking chamber, a heavy-gauge steel charcoal grate holds large amounts of hot burning briquettes without warping – its bars are close enough together to keep even diminishing coals from falling through. And finished with three rust-resistant aluminium legs, you can be sure that your smoker will stand sturdily on any surface for hours on end.

Built to Last

The Smokey Mountain Cooker Smoker comes with a lightweight-yet-durable premium cover to protect your investment for years to come. Its bowl, lid, and centre ring all come with a limited 10-year warranty – guaranteed not to rust or burn through.

Delivery details / options for this product;

The Delivery By Date / Estimated Delivery Date for each product is shown beneath the  'Add To Bag' button on each product page.

This product is available for either Click and Collect or Delivery. Just choose the service you require at the Checkout.

Click and Collect is from our Hitchin, Hertfordshire Shop and Warehouse, Monday-Friday 9.30am-4.00pm. Address is at the bottom left of any bbqland.co.uk webpage.

Delivery is via a 'kerbside' Pallet delivery service, and is Free of charge to most England and Wales postcodes (excluding London, and is normally the next working day after we despatch. The estimated delivery date is shown beneath the 'Add to Bag' button. Saturday delivery service may be available - you'll be given that choice and price at the checkout.

'Kerbside' delivery means that the delivery driver will wheel the pallet off the vehicle and leave the pallet on the kerb - if you have access large enough for a 120 x 100cm pallet and have hard-standing (ie concrete / tarmac / slabs) over which the pallet truck can be moved then the driver will take the pallet up your driveway and position it where you wish. If you have a very steep driveway, a gravel drive, or no driveway at all then you will need to arrange to have two strong persons available to move the pallet and/or its contents from the kerb.

If you require delivery on a specific day then you'll need to call us on 01438 330000 to place your order, or email us (sales@bbqland.co.uk) immediately after placing your order online, so that we don't despatch your order immediately. If you require specific delivery on a Saturday, then you'll need to choose the Saturday delivery option at the checkout and pay the additional charges for that. Not all items can be delivered on a Saturday, and so you may not be shown that delivery option at the checkout.

If you have a mixed basket of products and one of them is not available for Click and Collect, then the Checkout will not offer you the Click and Collect option. This is because we have multiple warehouses, and not all stock is available at the Hitchin warehouse.
