Super lean with no added sugar, this heavy pepper brisket rub is good on everything -and perfect for those watching their diet.

The goal was to create a crunchy rub that amplifies the natural flavour of brisket when smoking. It features heavy pepper, smoked salt, and a blend of tasty spices that enhances the meat without being distracting.

This has become one of the most popular seasonings in the range. It works wonders on smoked turkeys, makes a fantastic addition to scrambled eggs, and can even be used to boost the flavour of snacks like crisps for an added peppery, salty crunch.

Warning: This product contains Monosodium Glutamate (MSG), a key ingredient used to ensure maximum flavour.

Ingredients (Allergens in Bold): Smoked Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Onion, Monosodium Glutamate, Herbs, Yeast.

Storage: Store in a cool, dark place. Once opened use within 2 weeks re-seal after each use. This is like magical powder, it's very fine. This means it can be susceptible to clumping if exposed to steam, high temperatures etc so use sensibly. Use your fingers to break up the clumps.

Click and Collect is from our Hitchin, Hertfordshire Shop and Warehouse, Monday-Friday 9.30am-4.00pm - just choose the 'Local Pickup' delivery option at the checkout. This option will only be available if all the items in your Basket are available for 'Local Pickup'.

Delivery is via Courier, and the delivery date is shown under the 'Add to Basket' button above. This does not apply to Yeti orders where Free Shipping has been chosen. Yeti orders with Free Shipping chosen are delivered by Royal Mail, and can take up to 8 Days to be delivered.
