Mustard x Umami Beef Rub for grilling & smoking.

One of the original spice mixes in the range, this is a peppery blend with hints of porcini mushroom and mustard. While basic salt and pepper rubs are common, this blend is designed for those seeking heavy, intense flavour.

How to Use:
Apply a dash of oil and rub it all over brisket or short ribs. Leave it to marinate for at least two hours (ideally overnight) before smoking, searing, offset BBQing, or oven cooking.

Perfect Pairing:
Pair this with Mutang Mustard Sauce or Smoky Maple BBQ Glaze for the ultimate flavour experience.

Ingredients (Allergens in Bold); Sugar, Cornmeal, Spices, Smoked Salt, Steak Haus (Yeast, Sugar, Spices, Maltodextrin, Vegetable Oil, Parsley, Natural Flavouring, Salt), Coffee, Garlic, Cumin, MUSTARD, CELERY, Ginger, Herbs, Porcini Mushroom.

Storage: Store in a cool, dark place. Once opened use within 2 weeks re-seal after each use. This is like magical powder, it's very fine. This means it can be susceptible to clumping if exposed to steam, high temperatures etc so use sensibly. Use your fingers to break up the clumps.

Click and Collect is from our Hitchin, Hertfordshire Shop and Warehouse, Monday-Friday 9.30am-4.00pm - just choose the 'Local Pickup' delivery option at the checkout. This option will only be available if all the items in your Basket are available for 'Local Pickup'.
