The Lid - In the world of Flamery Asado BBQ grills, the
lid is not just a cover; it's a gateway to culinary mastery. Crafted
with stainless steel lining and insulation, it transforms your grill
into a multi-functional oven, perfect for cooking pizzas, slow-cooking
masterpieces, and infusing a smoky flavor into every dish. Not only does
it elevate your culinary game, but the lid also serves as protects your
grill from the elements. Ensuring longevity and constant readiness.

V-Grills - Our stainless steel V-shaped grills redefine
the art of outdoor cooking. Precision-engineered for optimal heat
distribution and enhanced flavor infusion, these grills elevate your
grilling experience. The unique design facilitates efficient fat
drainage, reducing flare-ups and ensuring a consistent, smoky savor in
      every bite.

The Firebox - Depending on the configuration you
choose, some Flamery models come with a Firebox, which serves as the
pulsating heart of your grill. Producing a steady supply of embers, the
firebox allows you to manipulate their distribution across the grill for
various temperature zones. This dynamic feature not only ensures precise
heat control but also infuses a distinctive smoky flavor into your
      culinary creations.

Height Adjustment - The height adjustable winch on a
Flamery Asado BBQ grill is your ticket to culinary precision. This
innovative mechanism effortlessly lifts and lowers the V-shaped grills
above the embers. Offering a height change of 200mm, the winch provides
you with complete control over cooking temperatures. Whether you're
searing, slow-cooking, or imparting that perfect smoky flavor, the winch
ensures your grilling experience is a masterclass in temperature
      management.

Firebricks - The base, rear and sides of the Flamery
grills are lined with 32mm thick refractory firebricks. These bricks are
specially made high temperature, dense, fire clay bricks for use in
applications such as BBQs, Furnaces, Pizza Ovens and Stoves. Rated to
      1300°C.

Air Gap - An additional insulation feature of the Flamery Grills is
the air gap that lies under the layer of fire bricks. Over time this
gap may fill with ash from your grill, this is a good thing, as ash
itself is a fantastic insulating material.

      Airflow

Whilst the Flamery Grills are primarily designed as grills first and
foremost, there are added benefits to the lined and insulated lid and
drawer. With the lid closed your Flamery grill retains a great deal of
heat, allowing the internal temperature to increase, facilitating
cooking in a number of different ways such as baking pizzas and breads.
With the door open air is pulled through the front aperture and exhausts
through the back of the lid.

With the drawer and lid closed air flow is reduced considerably,
permitting a much slower burn of your fuel and a more consistent
temperature. This must be managed by distribution of embers and
      management of fuel.

It is important to note that the air flow through the Flamery grills is
not vented or adjustable, other than via opening and closing the drawer.

When cooking with the lid down, the brushed stainless lining of the lid
will become black and dirty due to the soot from your fire. This is to
be expected and can be cleaned with the correct, non-abrasive products.
Depending on temperature you may also see some slight movement in the
surface of the lid lining, again this is to be expected and will settle
as the BBQ returns to a normal temperature.
