This is fully assembled just like the photograph. You will need to arrange collection. Please note height is 215cm, and therefore does not fit into most vans, not even a Luton box - you will need a 7.5 tonne vehicle or larger to collect this from us.

  • 6.35mm Thick Steel chambers, made from new Steel Tube
  • The chuckwagon design with the vertical smokehouse as well as the horizontal chamber is well suited to catering applications, because you can prepare different foods that require different temperatures in each chamber, as the smokehouse is cooler than the main body, by approx 60 degrees C
  • 20" (51cm) diameter body of each chamber
  • Stainless Steel cooking grates
  • 5 x Stainless Steel circular grates in the vertical smokehouse
  • This Catering Edition has a Steel Convection Tunnel in the main chamber, which helps to equalise the temperature across the cooking surface
  • This model also has a small direct grilling area in the main chamber, adjacent to the firebox, to get some extra char on the food products
  • Front mesh shelf on both the main chamber and the firebox

  • Not to be confused with Oklahoma Joe's, which are a Char-Broil brand, and completely different quality to these super-thick, super -heavy Joe's Smokers
  • All JOE's Barbeque Smoker® are made of 6.35 mm thick wall Steel tube or 5.0 mm thick steel sheet - see desciption above
  • All JOE's BBQ Smokers are hand made in Europe
  • The iron wheels are cut from the steel tube and this guarantees stability and concentricity, unlike wheels which are made from flat iron sheets and then formed into circles
  • JOE's Barbeque Smoker® are sandblasted before painting to remove all contaminants. As a result, the heat-resistant black paint adheres better.
  • JOE's Barbeque Smoker® have massive stainless steel grates
  • JOE's Barbeque Smoker® are equipped with a 3 "stainless steel thermometer supplied from the USA

Click and Collect is from our Hitchin, Hertfordshire Shop and Warehouse, Monday-Friday 9.30am-4.00pm - just choose the 'Local Pickup' delivery option at the checkout. This option will only be available if all the items in your Basket are available for 'Local Pickup'.

Delivery is via Courier, and the delivery date is shown under the 'Add to Basket' button above.
