These well thought, well made and well designed features include the infrared TURBO ZONE burner integrated into the main cooking surface of the Enders Chicago Next 4 R Turbo Gas BBQ giving the ability to easily achieve maximum extra high temperatures of upto 800c in turbo speed just perfect for searing to create memorable restaurant style steak every the BBQ is fired up. Plus the stainless steel burners have a full performance capability for both powerful direct and indirect grilling to offer an expansive range of menu options whenever the burners are lit using the battery free Piezo Ignition.

To retain, and help maintain, all that heat the Enders Chicago Next 4 R Turbo Gas BBQ includes a stainless steel faced double-walled cooking hood, with an integrated thermometer, plus the large stainless steel warming rack sat above the porcelain enamelled cast iron cooking grates gives space for cooking for more sensitive to heat foods, warming or resting already cooked foods.

The Enders Chicago Next 4 R Turbo Gas BBQ includes porcelain enamelled cast iron cooking grates, included for the super heat retention properties of cast iron used, which are Enders' SWITCH GRID system compatible. The SWITCH GRID system gives the opportunity to lift out a 30cm diameter section of the cooking surface and replace it by inserting a separately purchasable sear grate, pizza stone, pan, poultry roaster or Dutch oven accessorry in it's place to widen the menu possibilities available at any time. And just swap back or change to another Switch Grid Accessorry, and back again, as it is so simple.

The Enders Chicago Next 4 R Turbo Gas BBQ has two powder coated foldable side shelves for food preparation and plating up the cooked food, as well as keeping any rubs and sauces that may always be needed to hand, so when the day is done and the BBQ has cooled down these can be folded away for the space-saving stowage of the grill. The base cabinet cupboard will accommodate a gas bottle of upto 11kg in weight behind the two doors with the BBQ being able to be used with this in place for more space saving.
