On this 1-to-1 class each attendee cooks on a dedicated kamado exclusive to themselves, and you'll prepare and cook each dish yourself, to help you gain confidence in various food preparation and cooking techniques. Maximum of 6 people will be on this class, and we'll show you how to master the preparation and kamado cookery of;
you'll learn and practice these techniques, amongst others;
We'll have a range of Kamados to use including a Classic I, II and III Kamado Joes, Konnected Kamado Joes, Big Joe II and Big Joe III. You will be allocated one of these grills randomly.
If you don't own a Kamado Joe, the skills you learn are fully transferable to other brands of kamado, such as a Big Green Egg, Monolith, Primo, Bastard, Pit Boss or Louisiana Grills Kamado grill, which all work on the same principal.
You'll either eat everything you cook, or take it home with you - bring some suitable food containers with you if you anticipate taking some food home with you.

Click and Collect is from our Hitchin, Hertfordshire Shop and Warehouse, Monday-Friday 9.30am-4.00pm - just choose the 'Local Pickup' delivery option at the checkout. This option will only be available if all the items in your Basket are available for 'Local Pickup'.
Delivery is via Courier, and the delivery date is shown under the 'Add to Basket' button above.
We aim to pack and dispatch all our items within 48 hours of payment (Monday to Friday)**. Items bought over the weekend will usually be dispatched on Monday or Tuesday. The Delivery By / Estimated Delivery Date is shown under the 'Add to Bag' button.
Orders over £100 are delivered Free of Charge to most mainland UK addresses, and orders under £100 incur a £6.95 delivery charge to most UK addresses. Delivery is generally next day service when ordered before 1pm Monday-Thursday.
