This class is designed for someone looking to up their BBQ game. If you feel that you are not getting the most from your BBQ, this  class is designed for you.

This is a hands-on class, during which you will be given the opportunity to prepare and cook some dishes on a range of BBQ's from a Kettle BBQ through to a Gas BBQ, a Pellet Grill, a Kamado, and a Masterbuilt Gravity fed grill over 4 Hours.

We'll cover Grilling, Baking, Roasting and Smoking techniques, teach you Tips and Tricks with Sauces and Rubs, and help you take your bbq food to another level.

It will be a friendly, intimate class where you can watch a BBQ expert in action, ask questions, and be well-fed and watered throughout! Everything that is cooked must be eaten, so you will not go home hungry!

We'll provide tea, coffee and soft drinks throughout, so you won't go thirsty either, whatever the weather.

We'll cook a seasonal menu of at least 8 dishes, typically including;

  • Chicken Wings
  • Reverse seared Beef
  • Smash Burgers
  • Spatchcock Chickens
  • Fire roasted Chimichurri
  • Hot Smoked Salmon
  • Roasted Pineapple
  • and for dessert...Smoked Fruit Cobbler

The course will be held in our undercover purpose built BBQ area just outside of Hitchin, Hertfordshire SG4 7HD so come rain or shine you'll be sure to have a cracking day.

Please note, we will be cooking across a range of different BBQs - if you'd like to see a specific BBQ in action, please contact us in advance and we can see if this can be accommodated.

This item is available for either Click and Collect or Delivery.

Click and Collect is from our Hitchin, Hertfordshire Shop and Warehouse, Monday-Friday 9.30am-4.00pm - just choose the 'Local Pickup' delivery option at the checkout. This option will only be available if all the items in your Basket are available for 'Local Pickup'.

Delivery is via Courier, and the delivery date is shown under the 'Add to Basket' button above.

We aim to pack and dispatch all our items within 48 hours of payment (Monday to Friday)**. Items bought over the weekend will usually be dispatched on Monday or Tuesday. The Delivery By / Estimated Delivery Date is shown under the 'Add to Bag' button.

Orders over £100 are delivered Free of Charge to most mainland UK addresses, and orders under £100 incur a £6.95 delivery charge to most UK addresses. Delivery is generally next day service when ordered before 1pm Monday-Thursday.
