Learn to master a traditional Sunday Roast... all cooked on the BBQ.

We’ll give you the skills and confidence to move the traditional Sunday roast from the kitchen to the BBQ, transforming your weekend entertaining.

Expect to develop skills with the rotisserie, use of cast iron as well as cedar planks as you prepare beef, pork and salmon alongside a raft of side dishes and of course pudding.

Equipment Used

Pellet smokers, kamados, Weber kettle, gas BBQ and charcoal BBQ.

We have a wide range of BBQs to cook on and equipment at our disposal. If there is anything specific you would like to use on your class, don't hesitate to let us know by emailing academy@bbqland.co.uk - we can't promise that we can accommodate, but we'll do our best.

Our Location

Classes are held in the BBQ Academy at BBQ Land, just outside of Hitchin. The area is undercover but can get cold, so please dress for the weather. When you arrive please drive all the way to the end of the driveway to park.

Allergies/Restrictions: If you have any allergies please tell us your requirements in advance by emailing academy@bbqland.co.uk

Age Restriction: Classes are restricted to ages 16+

Cancellation Policy: Please contact us 10 working days before your class to be eligible for a full refund. You can transfer your seat to a different class up to 5 days before your class date. As this is a live ticketed event, we cannot make any exceptions.

Accessibility: Our BBQ Academy facility can be accessed by wheelchair users. Please contact our customer support team on academy@bbqland.co.uk to discuss your needs.
