There’s something hypnotic about meat slowly turning over a live fire, basting in its own juices. And mastering the techniques and skills for rotisserie cooking will give you significant 'BBQ cred' with family and friends.

In this snappy 2.5 hour class, we'll demonstrate how to truss and thread meats, and cook a range of proteins, using a few techniques - but all on the rotisserie.

Sample Menu

You'll learn:

Reverse sear a cote de boeuf

Forgotten cuts such as the onglet, flat iron and bavette

Show off with a decadently marbled wagyu

Sirloin steak

Crowd-pleasing side dishes and a zingy chimichurri.

Equipment Used

We'll use a range of grills with rotisserie attachments, like the kamado, the Masterbuilt gravity fed smoker, as well as a Weber kettle

Our Location

Classes are held in the BBQ Academy at BBQ Land, just outside of Hitchin. The area is undercover but can get cold, so please dress for the weather. When you arrive please drive all the way to the end of the driveway to park.
