Carbon steel has similar cooking performance to cast iron but at half the weight. The natural seasoned layer can be built up over time to offer a stick-resistant surface without PTFE or PFOA.

Click and Collect is from our Hitchin, Hertfordshire Shop and Warehouse, Monday-Friday 9.30am-4.00pm - just choose the 'Local Pickup' delivery option at the checkout. This option will only be available if all the items in your Basket are available for 'Local Pickup'.

Delivery is via Courier, and the delivery date is shown under the 'Add to Basket' button above.
